Phunware stock climbs as it buys 100 more Bitcoin for $6.2M cash

Phunware (NASDAQ:PHUN) purchases an additional 100 Bitcoins (BTC-USD) for approximately $6.20M in cash at an average price of ~$62,030 per BTC, inclusive of fees and expenses. Shares of PHUN rise 1.9% in pre-market trading. The company holds an aggregate of ~127 BTC, which was acquired for $7.75M at an average purchase price of ~$61,238 per BTC, as of Nov. 4 of this year. Both purchase prices aren't for off the digital tokens' all-time high of $67.7K from October. Bitcoin (BTC-USD) slips 0.7% to $61.5K intra-day. Previously, (Oct. 29) Phunware accepts Bitcoin for Lyte personal computers.
